Payal is also at the forefront of green energy and nutrition research through Indus Science. This venture focuses on optimizing the nutritional value of consumed foods by researching the correct techniques for cooking meats, dairy, and vegetables.

Payal holds a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from the University of Mumbai. Her achievements include being honored in Marquis Who's Who and winning the Miss Bharat Pageant in 2005. She was also a finalist at another global beauty pageant in 2023. As a motivational leader, she speaks at different platforms and has been invited on a few occasions at AI universal business school to share her business insights on the subjects of strategic management and sustainable models.
